1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by SECTEC SECURITY AUTOMATION SYSTEMS INC. (“Sectec”) as data controller within the scope described below.
2. Processed Personal Data
Identity, contact, customer transaction, request/complaint, transaction security, marketing, finance, legal transaction data, visual and audio records, as well as cookie records may be collected through our website, forms and similar channels.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to provide our products and services, evaluate quote and project requests, manage customer relations, provide technical support, fulfil legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests.
4. Transfer of Data
Personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions, business partners, suppliers and service providers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
5. Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected electronically or physically through our website, contact forms, e-mail, telephone and contracts based on legal grounds such as establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction, deletion and compensation where applicable.
7. Application
You may submit your requests regarding your rights to info@sectec.com.tr or to our company headquarters. Applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
